What you are buying

The First Thirty gives you access to the programs listed on the checkout page, a guided thirty day sequence, the limits list, the partner comparison, and the chat.

It is access to a digital service, not a physical product and not a file you download.

Your partner gets the same access through your invitation, at no extra cost, for as long as you are linked.

What it costs and what renews

The price shown at checkout includes VAT and is a single payment.

The first year of weekly assignments is included. After that it continues at €197 a year unless you change it. You can switch to €27 a month or stop it entirely from your account, and you get an email two weeks before anything is charged.

Stopping is done from your account in two clicks. It never requires an email or a phone call.

The programs you bought stay yours after you stop. Only the new weekly assignment stops.

The fourteen day withdrawal right

A distance purchase normally comes with fourteen days to change your mind. For digital content that opens immediately, that right can be waived, but only if you ask for immediate access and confirm that you understand what you are giving up. That is the checkbox at the checkout, and it is unticked until you tick it.

If you do not tick it, you cannot get immediate access, because those two things are the same decision.

The guarantee, which is longer

Do the eight assignments. If in thirty days you are no closer to each other than you were, say so and you get your money back. One line in an email is enough, and you do not have to explain what did or did not happen.

This guarantee is given voluntarily and comes on top of anything the law gives you. It does not replace your statutory rights.

What is expected of you

You are eighteen or older.

The material is yours to use, not to share, resell or republish. One account is one person, plus the partner you invite.

Everything here is education, not therapy and not medical advice. What you do with it is your responsibility and your partner's, and consent is yours to arrange between you.

Nothing here is a substitute for a doctor, a therapist or common sense about your own safety.

What we owe you

The site is kept running and the material stays available. If something breaks, it gets fixed.

If access is lost for a long stretch through our fault, you get a refund for that period or an extension, whichever you prefer.

Accounts are only closed if the material is being shared or resold, and you are told why.

If something goes wrong

Write to sam@kinkyassignments.com first. Almost everything is a misunderstanding that gets sorted in one message.

Dutch law applies. Wherever you live, you keep the consumer protection your own country gives you, and this does not take that away.
